Food Combining

Ezekiel Bread

The set of the Sail

Prevention Plus+ Seminar

Food Combining:

How we combine our food is as important as how much food we eat. If you eat a salad just before the main entrée like a large steak then nothing is digested.

Our stomach is a chemistry lab and we are all chemists Like it or not! We are either good chemist or bad, but We are all still chemists.

When we eat a salad our taste buds send a signal to the stomach telling it that vegetables are on the way and the stomach dumps an alkaline into the stomach to digest the vegetables.

Then within minutes we start eating the steak that requires an acid to be digested. Our taste buds, if they are working right will tell the stomach that protein is on the way and our stomach will then get acid to digest the meat.

Oh, no now we have added an acid to an alkaline and what we get is a base or neutral mix. They cancel each other out and nothing gets digested! It is all sent to the intestines where most of it rots.

So if you must eat a salad first them try to do it at least 40 to 50 minutes before so that it has time to digest or eat the salad 2 hours after the protein so that it has a chance to be digested.

Some say you can eat the salad at the same times as the protein and it will be ok, NOT. Your stomach will either be acid or alkaline not both!

Now Fruits need and entirely different chemistry to be digested so eat them alone or leave them alone. So do we eat to get nutrition or do we eat just for the fun of it? The answer most of us has is

"Because it taste good."

No wonder we in America or eating more and being less healthy and fatter than anyone on the planet.

If you are eating for health then get informed and make the right choices NOW.

Ezekiel Bread

The Original - 100% Flourless - Complete Protein

Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread is inspired by the Holy Scripture verse:" Take also unto thee Wheat, and Barley and Beans, and Lentils, and Millet, and Spelt, and put them in one vessel, and make bread of it..." Ez. 4:9

We discovered when these six grains and legumes are sprouted and combined, an amazing thing happens. A complete protein is created that closely parallels the protein found in milk and eggs. In fact, the protein quality is so high, that it is 84.3% as efficient as the highest recognized source of protein, containing all 9 essential amino acids. There are 18 amino acids present in this unique bread - from all vegetable sources- naturally balanced in nature.

Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, made from freshly sprouted organically grown grains, is naturally flavorful and bursting with nutrients. Rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and natural fiber with no added fat. Try it served warm to release its exceptionally rich nutty flavor.

This Biblical Bread is Truly the Staff of Life.

The set of the Sail

Personal Philosophy is Like The Set of The Sail

by Jim Rohn

In the process of living, the winds of circumstances blow on us all in an unending flow that touches each of our lives.

We have all experienced the blowing winds of disappointment, despair and heartbreak. Why, then, would each of us, in our own individual ship of life, all beginning at the same point, with the same intended destination in mind, arrive at such different places at the end of the journey? Have we not all been blown by the winds of circumstances and buffeted by the turbulent storms of discontent?

What guides us to different destinations in life is determined by the way we have chosen to set our sail. The way that each of us thinks makes the major difference in where each of us arrive. The major difference is the set of the sail.

The same circumstances happen to us all. We have disappointments and challenges. We all have reversals and those moments when, in spite of our best plans and efforts, things just seem to fall apart. Challenging circumstances are not events reserved for the poor, the uneducated or the destitute. The rich and the poor have marital problems. The rich and the poor have the same challenges that can lead to financial ruin and personal despair. In the final analysis, it is not what happens that determines the quality of our lives, it is what we choose to do when we have struggled to set the sail and then discover, after all of our efforts, that the wind has changed directions.

When the winds change, we must change. We must struggle to our feet once more and rest the sail in the manner that will steer us toward the destination of our own deliberate choosing. The set of the sail, how we think and how we respond, has a far greater capacity to destroy our lives than any challenges we face. How quickly and responsibly we react to adversity is far more important than the adversity itself. Once we discipline ourselves to understand this, we will finally and willing conclude that the great challenge of life is to control the process of our thinking.

Learning to reset the sail with the changing winds rather than permitting ourselves to be blown in a direction we did not purposely choose requires the development of a whole new discipline. It involves going to work on establishing a powerful, personal philosophy that will help to influence in a positive way all that we do and that we think and decide. If we can succeed in this worthy endeavor, the result will be a change in the course of our income, lifestyle and relationships, and in how we feel about the things of value as well as the times of challenge. If we can alter the way we perceive, judge and decide upon the main issues of life, then we can dramatically change our lives.

To Your Success,
Jim Rohn

PREVENTION PLUS+ Seminar

Featuring Dr. Rita Ellithorpe, M.D.

Dr. Ellithorpe has been conducting research on

anti-aging methods and oxidative stress for the past year.

The information that she presented Thursday September 13, 2001 at the

Sedgefield Country Club Greensboro, NC lecture,

is to be published in an up-coming issue of the Capital University’s Journal of Integrative Health.

Her research results are also cited in Dr. Paula Boener’s article in a current issue of

The Journal of the American Nutraceutical Association.

Dr. Ellithorpe also shared her ideas on the use of natural hormone replacement therapy.

She had some great suggestions and ideas on this topic for both men and women.

Americans
Aren't Very Healthy!

Consider these FACTS!

1500 of us die from cancer every day

1 in 3 Americans will have cancer in their lifetime

1 in 9 American women will be diagnosed with breast cancer

Heart disease is a bigger killer of women
than breast cancer

1.5 million Americans have heart attacks every year

500,000 heart attack victims in America die each year

15% of Americans have hypertension

33 million Americans suffer from arthritis

74% of Americans believe they are overweight

Since 1970, bypass surgery has gone Up 2800%

According to the American Heart Association,

the U.S. spends $117 billion per year on heart disease

Dr. Ellithorpe told us about the research that
Other Doctors had done to show that

one key factor

is related in each and
everyone of these degenerative diseases.

FREE RADICALS

due to OXIDATIVE stress!

Other Doctors have proven that

fruits and vegetables

are our number one defense

against
FREE RADICALS by supplying us

with the

ANTI-OXIDANTS

that we need to

fight the FREE RADICALS that we produce.

That is why the

American Cancer Society

Recommends that we eat at least 5 to 7
helpings of Fruits and Vegetables daily!

Dr. Ellithorpe's research showed, that:

One simple product

can help fight this
Oxidative stress that causes
FREE RADICALS
This one simple product does this by
increasing our level of

ANTI-OXIDANTS

as well or better than this daily intake
of fruits and vegetables

because it is just a concentrate of fruits and
vegetables in a convenient capsule

If you don't mind the cost.

Just click here

to find out what product
Dr. Ellithorpe tested and proved was so helpful
in increasing our anti-oxidant levels!
